These terms form a binding agreement between the user and 30000 management. Continued use after updates is considered automatic acceptance of the changes. It is the user’s responsibility to regularly review this page to ensure compliance with the latest terms.
To use the full 30000 services, users must register a personal account with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is allowed only one active account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or permanent closure of all accounts without prior notice.
Users are fully responsible for keeping their account username and password confidential. Any activity occurring under your account is your responsibility, whether done by yourself or others with access to your login details. 30000 is not liable for any losses resulting from user negligence in protecting their account information.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must immediately notify the 30000 support team via email at [email protected]. Our platform uses SSL encryption to protect data transmission; however, password security depends on users following best practices. We recommend using strong, unique passwords and changing them regularly.
Users agree to use the 30000 platform only for lawful purposes and not violate any local, state, or federal laws in Malaysia. Using the platform for fraud, money laundering, betting system manipulation, or any activities harmful to other users or platform integrity is strictly prohibited.
Users are prohibited from using any automated software, bots, scripts, or other mechanisms to access or interact with the platform unlawfully. Attempts to exploit technical vulnerabilities, manipulate betting outcomes, or disrupt 30000’s system operations are serious violations that will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.
Users also agree not to distribute content that is offensive, defamatory, threatening, or violates others’ privacy rights via any communication channel provided by the platform. 30000 reserves the right to take immediate action including suspending or terminating accounts found violating these rules. All decisions by 30000 management regarding term violations are final.
All financial transactions on the 30000 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring deposited funds come from legitimate sources and are not proceeds from illegal activities. The platform reserves the right to request proof of fund sources at any time before processing withdrawals.
Successfully credited deposits to user accounts will be available for use within the specified time during the transaction. Accepted payment methods include local bank transfers, internet banking, and approved digital wallets. Deposit and withdrawal minimum and maximum limits are subject to the current platform policy and may change from time to time without prior notice.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same bank account or digital wallet used for deposits, subject to successful identity verification. 30000 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until all betting requirements and compliance conditions are met. Any fees charged by banks or third-party payment providers are the sole responsibility of the user and will not be covered by 30000.
The 30000 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied guarantees regarding continuous availability, accuracy of information, or suitability for specific purposes. 30000 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use or inability to use the platform, including betting losses during technical disruptions.
All content on the 30000 platform, including logos, interface designs, text, graphics, and software, is intellectual property owned by 30000 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright laws. Users are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any content without prior written permission from 30000 management.
The 30000 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for user convenience. Their presence does not imply endorsement or responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those sites. Users access third-party links at their own risk and are encouraged to read the terms and policies of those sites before interacting.
30000 reserves the right to suspend, block, or terminate any user accounts at any time upon evidence of term violations, fraudulent activity, or conduct harmful to the platform or other users. In cases of termination due to violations, any remaining account balances may be forfeited depending on the severity of the breach and the outcome of 30000’s internal investigation.
Users may also close their own accounts by contacting the 30000 support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable time, and any eligible remaining funds will be transferred to the user once all compliance checks are completed. Transaction records will be retained by 30000 for the legally required duration.
30000 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect once published on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. These terms are governed by Malaysian law, and any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of competent courts in Malaysia.
